Print/Mail Customer Service Representative

     

MPM Communications, LLC, a Marketing, Printing, and Direct Mail company in Waldorf, MD, has an immediate opening for a Print/Mail Customer Service Representative. The primary function of this position is to facilitate the flow of client work requests into and out of MPM. This is a full time hourly position. Starting pay rate is between $14 and $22 per hour depending on experience.

 

 This position will be responsible for:

 

  •  Being the principal day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
  •  Being knowledgeable as to the status of all client work in progress
  •  Remaining in contact with their clients and keeping them informed as to job status and any issues that arise
  •  Relying on experience and judgment to ensure adherence to work order specifications and timely completion of jobs
  •  Entering/editing work order information into our production software
  •  Assisting with invoicing
  •  Other duties as assigned

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  •  3+ years of related experience in the Printing & Mailing industry
  •  Have knowledge of commonly used print and mail production concepts, practices, and procedures
  •  At a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent
  •  Must have good communication skills and work well with other workers and with management
  •  Must be able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance
  •  Must pass routine drug screen
  •  English fluency a must
